So the disease is 'scepticism' re; dominant x-tian paradigm with the message that the purveyors of the unclean things like 'doubt' can look like everyone else.
The congintive dissonance you are experiencing arises from your (and my) positive affinity for the things that are in the middle of the poster (they are in fact worth celebrating IMO) against elements we would other consider negative.
The visual separation from the other elements of poster makes the makes the lack of connection between the three elements part of the posters 'trick'.
